Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert have decided to list their Calabasas, Calif. mansion and are seeking $15 million for it.
The move comes amid news that Vince has been legally ordered to pay Sony more than $3.7 million to settle a lawsuit over a 2013 advance.
According to the exclusive report by Variety, Tamar and Vince purchased the 13,716-square-foot mansion in April 2013 for $10.5 million.
Public records show since then there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently cancelled against the seven bedroom, nine bathroom home.
Wrought iron and glass front doors open to an entry vestibule and foyer with black and white floral-patterned inlaid floor and a floating, wrought iron railed staircase that curves up to the bedrooms on the second floor. The main living and entertaining space makes a great sweep across the rear of the residence with gleaming wide-plank hardwood floors laid in a classy chevron pattern. A central gallery with glossy grand piano is flanked to one side by a lounge with semi-circular sofa in front of an ornate fireplace and to the other by a “champagne bar” modeled after The Dorchester Hotel in London with tufted velvet sofas and a stately wood-paneled ceiling. Arched French doors open the vast space to an immense, stone-paved loggia with retractable canvas shade awnings and a bowling alley-length dining table that easily seats at least two-dozen al fresco diners. With elaborately carved cabinetry, granite countertops and a super-sized commercial-style range under a hand-hammered copper hood, the kitchen is open to a spacious informal dining area that, in turn, opens to a family room with fireplace and French doors to the backyard.
The three-story mansion’s creature comfort also include a home theater, a game room, an office, a wine cellar with tasting room and, unsurprisingly, a recording studio along with an elevator, an camera-equipped security system, a gentlemen’s lounge with authentic barber chair, a mirror-walled gym and a subterranean parking garage that will accommodate over a dozen cars. The mansion makes a U-shaped embrace around a broad and grassy courtyard with swimming pool and spa beyond which a soccer pitch-sized lawn gives way to a panoramic view over rugged ravines and undeveloped mountaintops.

Ice 2 Plus is a product of collaboration between Google and Japanese phone maker Freetel. It is for users who desire something more appealing, bigger and slightly more powerful than the dirt-cheap Ice 2.

You have in the Freetel Ice 2 Plus a smartphone that looks more like the popular offerings on the market than its smaller brother. On the front, it appears like some of the mid-range offerings out there with its curvy touch. It’s the plastic body that may give it away.
Freetel Ice 2 Plus sports a large 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. A pixel density of 267 pixels per inch is not bad for decent wide-angle viewing. There is 2.5D curved glass here.
Camera and StorageThe cameras on this one are expectedly better than what the Ice 2 offers. On the rear, you will find a 5MP sensor with LED flash and autofocus. This shoots HD (720p) videos. You can look forward to better selfies with the 2MP front facing snapper.
Onboard storage on the Freetel Ice 2 Plus is as you find on its smaller brother: 8 GB. This is extendable by up to 32 GB using a microSD card as well.
Performance and OSThe phone also comes with a quad-core processor, but one that is more powerful than the one on the Ice 2. Freetel Ice 2 Plus uses a MediaTek MT6580 chipset that runs at 1.3 GHz and gets support from an ARM Mali-400 GPU. RAM capacity remains at 1 GB, while Android Nougat operating system also sees to the running of this one.
Other Specs and FeaturesThere is a bigger 2,800mAh Li-Ion battery to provide power for the more robust hardware. There is no fast charging in sight, though. Freetel Ice 2 Plus connectivity features such as Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct and hotspot. Its spec sheet shows that there is also NFC as well – that’s great, if true.
Pricing & AvailabilityFreetel Ice 2 Plus is available in Nigeria and Ghana. Yuo can buy it at leading online stores in the countries. Freetel Ice 2 Plus price in Nigeria starts at 24,500 Naira.
The price of Freetel Ice 2 Plus in Ghana should starts at around 395 GH₵.

Freetel Ice 2 is one phone that looks to make it inexcusable for some people to continue using ‘archaic’ devices. Many of the most budget buyers will now be able to join the Android revolution with this 4-incher that packs a quad-core processor and 1GB RAM.
Jumia Nigeria – See Offers | Jumia Ghana – See Offers
You can rather easily tell this is a budget device with its thick, dark bezels. But that is to be expected actually. While it won’t grab attention, the Freetel Ice 2 is not overly ugly either with its plastic chassis. It just gets the job done.
Its small 4-inch display is another tell-tale sign of a budget device. But who’s complaining? Some Java-based phones sell for about the same price. Screen resolution is 840 x 480 pixels.
Camera and StorageIt is not realistic to expect something this cheap to produce stunning images. One thing is for sure: you won’t get those here. But the measly 2MP rear camera available Freetel Ice 2 on the should produce passable images. It has LED flash and autofocus, too. As for the VGA (0.3MP) front camera, it’s at least better than not having anything for selfies.
Internal storage has a capacity of 8 GB, not bad when you consider that some budget devices offered just half of that about 1-2 years back. You can also use a microSD card with capacity of up to 32 GB for expansion.
Performance and OSThe 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor is not poor for the price either – in fact, a dual-core chip wouldn’t be shocking at the proposed price. There is also 1 GB of RAM to improve performance and responsiveness. Still, the Freetel Ice 2 is best only for those just testing the smartphone market. Freetel Ice 2 boots Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, which represents good value.
Other FeaturesThe 1,300mAh battery that the Freetel Ice 2 comes with may seem unexciting. But the device doesn’t look like one to demand a lot of juice, judging by the specs. You should be just fine.
Freetel Ice 2 offers dual micro SIM card slots. You get Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct and hotspot for wireless connectivity.
Pricing & AvailabilityFreetel Ice 2 is available in Nigeria and Ghana. Yuo can buy it at leading online stores in the countries. Freetel Ice 2 price in Nigeria starts at 13,000 Naira.
The price of Freetel Ice 2 in Ghana should starts at around 195 GH₵.
