Design and Display

One of the cost cutting measures by Doogee to make the Mix Lite more affordable is choice of construction material. Although it looks pleasant to the eye, the Doogee Mix Lite seems to have a plastic body that features a metal frame. It is also thicker than the Doogee Mix at 8.6 millimetres.

Doogee Mix Lite has a slightly smaller 5.2-inch display, compared to the Mix, with thin bezels at the top and sides. This uses IPS technology instead of Super AMOLED. But you can enjoy sharp images with a pixel density of about 282 ppi. The screen features 2.5D curved glass and full lamination.

Camera

The Doogee Mix Lite is a candidate if you are in the market for an affordable phone that offers dual-lens camera. You will find two 13MP sensors on the back. These, on paper, make it a great alternative to some new flagships out there, if this feature is a big draw for you.

Doogee Mix Lite offers dual-LED flash and phase detection autofocus among its features. It shoots Full HD videos at 30 fps. You also get a 5MP camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens on the front for selfies.

Hardware and Software

The Doogee Mix Lite loses the octa-core Helio P25 processor, coming instead with a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 chipset. This 64-bit Cortex-A53 CPU pairs with 2GB RAM and an ARM Mali-T720 MP2 graphics processor.

There is 16 GB of inbuilt storage, which you will be able to expand by another 64 or 128 GB. Doogee Mix Lite boots Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

Other Features

The battery with 3,080mAh capacity looks to keep the lights on for many hours. You can enjoy super fast 4G LTE (Cat. 4) connectivity on this phone, which comes with dual SIM slots.

The Doogee Mix Lite features Wi-Fi b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct and hotspot. There is also Bluetooth 4.0 for wireless connectivity. You get a fingerprint scanner in the mix for better security.

Pricing and Availability

Doogee Mix Lite is not officially available in Nigeria, but you may be able to buy the phone from a third party seller at Jumia. The price starts at around $94.99 at Gearbest. Doogee Mix Lite Price in Nigeria is expected to range from 35,500 Naira to 45,000 Naira depending on your location in Nigeria.

“If You Are Man And You Are Being ‘Hmm’ By A Man, Expect Fire…” – Eedris Abdulkareem Slams Bobrisky

Veteran rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem has slammed Nigerian male cross-dresser, Bobrisky after he recently announced he is ‘Gay’.

The rapper, in an interview with TVC, stated that what pains him the most is that they both share the same day.

He said:

“Allah says that, if you are a man and you are being ‘hmm’ by a man, on the day of judgement, expect fire coming out from your mouth to the place ‘where dem dey shook you’.

Bobrisky is trying to be an American and this is Nigeria, we are fake people. Don’t get it twisted, there are a lot of rich people in Nigeria who are into it. So Bobrisky keep it up! What pains me most is that he bears the same name with me ‘Idris’.”
