Best Android Phones Under #40,000 that will fit your lifestyle

You will be amazed to know that you can sometimes get a good number of what those flagships offer for a good bargain from other brands. If you don’t believe us, then you should see this list of the best android phones under 40,000 naira. Don’t forget to tell us which one of them catches your fancy at the end of the post.

1 Infinix Hot 5 Lite (X559)

1 Infinix Hot 5 Lite (X559)

Infinix is not a new brand that needs some introduction. What needs introduction though is the amazing unit that they have named Hot 5 Lite (X559). The 5.5 inch of screen is with a resolution of 1280 x 720p, offering basic HD experiences to the user. Probing further, one will find that the unit is powered by a quad-core 1GB CPU which will reach a clock speed of 1.3GHz.

The same smartphone comes with 16GB of internal storage space that can be expanded up to 32GB.

In the camera section, Infinix does well by bringing an 8MP rear shooter and 5MP front snapper on board. Based on the Android 7 Nougat, the most standout feature of this phone for heavy users (and the Nigeria market) is its massive 4000mAh battery to keep the lights on

2 Cubot Note Plus

2 Cubot Note Plus

For a Note device, we would have expected more than 5.2 inches of screen. However, the Cubot Note Plus makes up for this by offering users a massive 3GB of RRAM and 32GB of internal storage space. There is even a quad-core CPU that promises to work itself up to 1.5GHz when asked.

The screen, although small for some, will be perfect for FHD lovers given its 1920 x 1080 pixilation. On the back and front are 13MP camera sensors that can both be interpolated to 16MP.

Coming from China and featuring support for multiple languages, the only downside on the smartphone is the 2800mAh battery. On the bright side, it will still get most people through the day

3 Tecno K8

3 Tecno K8

Known to some as the Tecno Spark Pro, the K8 is a 5.5 inches unit with HD screen (1280 x 720). Looking at the spec sheet, one is sure to find additional details such as a pairing of 13MP and 8MP camera sensors on the back and front respectively. Under the hood is a quad-core,1.25GHz CPU with a total of 1GB memory. For storage, there is 16GB of memory with every shipped unit that can be expanded to 32GB.

There is support for dual SIMs, a fingerprint sensor and decent 3000mAh battery to power the Android 7 Nougat smartphone

4 Fero Pace 2 Lite

4 Fero Pace 2 Lite

The Pace 2 Lite from Fero launches with Android 7.0 Nougat at the helm of affairs. Also, in the control seat is a quad-core 1GB CPU with a clock speed of 1GHz. It is almost glaring that this unit will have an internal storage space of 16GB.

There is a fingerprint scanner on the back of the device, but that is not what gets us excited. Fero developed a 13MP sensor for the back of the smartphone and added a powerful LED flash for low-light capturing. Focusing on the selfie lovers, the same camera sensor can be found on the front of this smartphone.

Lest we forget, this smartphone has a 5.5 inches HD screen and is powered by a Li-ion 4000mh battery

5 Kingzone N5

5 Kingzone N5

If you haven’t already heard about this manufacturer, let us be the first to introduce them to you via their N5 offering. This is the unit on which Kingzone heaped such specs as a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter, 5.5 inches of screen rated at 1280 x 720 pixels and a quad-core 1.0GHz CPU to boot.

The RAM is a mouth-watering 2GB and it is married to the 16GB of expandable internal storage space. The front glass is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology in addition to a metal frame for that premium feel.

While we would have loved to have either a front or back mounted fingerprint sensor, Kingzone closes shop on the N5 with a 2600mAh battery and Android 5 Lollipop

Nokia 1 Specs and Price

The Nokia 1 is HMD’s latest entry level smartphone, which also supports the Android Go initiative from Google. The smartphone is one of the few entry smartphones from HMD and one that is aggressively priced at that. However, there is not much of a feature to talk about here, looking at the basic spec sheet. Nonetheless, the main goal here is to make smartphones that are affordable as possible to individuals with a tight budget while still offering a smooth experience with an optimized and latest OS.

Nokia 1 Key Specs and Features 4.5-inch, IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 854 X 480 pixels (218 ppi) Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M CPU with 1GB RAM 8GB built-in storage, up to 128GB  with a memory card 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera 4G LTE 2, 150 removable Li-ion battery

Nokia 1

Design and Display

As a budget smartphone that it is, not much of an effort is put into crafting the Nokia 1. The smartphone is short and robust making it chunky with too obvious bezels around. As expected it is also made of plastic but looks quite durable still. Taking a page from the old book, the Nokia 1 has a removable back panel, which is a rarity in today’s smartphones.

The Finnish company goes below the HD threshold for the Nokia 1 with its FWVGA display Which is archaic by recent technology standard. With a small size too measuring only 4.5-inch diagonally accompanied by a pixel density of 218 ppi.

Battery and Camera

With not much of a feature to offer, the Nokia 1 also does not have a large battery capacity. Boasting of only 2, 150mAh of power which is just about enough for 24hrs of usage. Also, you will find out that the battery is removable, an uncommon happening in most smartphones nowadays. This means you can always get an extra and swap out whenever you wish. Surely, fast charge is not also available as you have in high-end smartphones.

Taking pictures is not really a thing on entry level smartphone, and neither is it on the Nokia 1. Considering you have only a 5MP rear camera alongside a flash and a 2MP selfie camera. Therefore vivid pictures can not be assured on this smartphone even for social media activities.

Hardware and Software

Also this smartphones does have a great hardware but at least it is capable, Featuring a Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M that clocks only at 1.1GHz and a Mali-T720 GPU for handling graphics rendering and gaming graphics amongst others.

In addition, the Nokia 1 sports a 1GB RAM with an 8GB built-in storage which is thankfully expandable up to 128GB. Unless you’d have about only 5GB of space left after the Android 8.0 (Go edition) might have occupied the rest.

Pricing and Availability

The smartphone will go on sale April this year for about £60 which is the equivalent of 30, 000 naira.

7 Rules about Headphones meant to be Broken

People definitely love to use headphones in their daily life. However, it is also true that some people tend to follow misconceptions about it just because they heard it somewhere. Well, in order to enjoy the full advantage of your investment in any product, it is necessary that you understand it properly.

There are several things that people consider wrong about Earphones. Sometimes people even underestimate the power of Earphones just because of their size. There is no actual rule of using such products.

There are so many people who think that limiting the use can be the only way to use it wisely. However, it is useless to limit the use when you are in need of regular Bluetooth headphones utilization. It is necessary for every customer to become aware of common facts and myths of the products that they are using.

Some people define their own limitations of gadget utilization. However, it is not always necessary since not all the electronic products will bring harm to your health in regular use. It is really very easy to differentiate between myth and fact if you will look at the points logically.

You can find all necessary information regarding Headphones online. The internet can help you get answers to all your questions. If you don’t want to stay behind of any privilege that you can get in earphone, then you should definitely learn what is right and what is wrong about general concepts.

In order to save your time on research, we have made a list of seven most common misconceptions or rules that people have developed on a completely mythical logic. These are the rules about headphones that are meant to be broken.

Rule 1 : Earphones Causes Headache From Regular Use

This is a common misconception that definitely needs to be corrected. People often say that regular use of headphones or earphones definitely becomes the reason of a severe headache and many other similar diseases.

In fact, the headache is not due to the use of this product, but it is because of volume of audio that the listener is maintaining throughout the audio listening time. If a person will listen continuously on high volume then the volume enters into the brain and causes headache.

This is not due to the regular use of ear buds. It is due to the lack of control on audio volume while listening. If listener maintains low or medium range volume, then it will certainly help them to get the advantage of safe and comfortable utilization for a long time.

Rule 2 : Choose Branded Products Of Popular Companies Only

It is a common worry that people can’t ignore in e-commerce. While making the purchase decision, most people choose to follow the company they trust. Well, there is nothing wrong in it but it can keep you away from some major benefits of the market.

There has been a lot of change in the e-commerce market recently. Since there are so many changes in the market, the challenges are increased as well. Most of the companies try to provide the best service to their customer in order to establish their proper identity. This eventually benefits the customer.

If you are willing to explore some new features and save some money in your purchase then choosing a new brand can be the perfect decision for you. The concept of choosing only branded product might be accurate on high investment products but you should not always follow it in earphone purchase process.

Rule 3 : Fit Design and Ear Bud are not Comfortable

Basically, comfort fit, sport fit and ear bud designs are developed for the people who want to get rid of the grip issue in their earphones. In order to make sure that the audio listener stays connected with the audio even while running, these categories were developed.

However, these cannot be considered purpose specific categories. These categories are suitable for every single purpose that you can find. Sports is their specialty but that does not make them any different from any other choice that you have in the market.

Most importantly, this category was designed to increase the comfort. Therefore, there is no chance that you can feel discomfort in them because of their design style. In fact, the design will help you to continue listening audio even in rush hour.

Rule 4 : Good Music Quality Always Means Professional Quality And High Investment

Cost and budget are always a major factor in the purchase. These are two most important aspects that make it possible for customers to make a conclusive buying decision. Most of the customer purchase decisions are driven by the budget value of the product.

Since the budget is always the first thing that we think when we go to purchase anything, it can also act as a boundary from certain exploration opportunities. In order to avoid such mistakes in purchase, it is important for you to understand that you don’t necessarily need to invest too much for good music.

If you want to enjoy music without choosing high investment product, it is definitely possible in today’s e-commerce market. There are so many best value choices available in the market which will save your money without compromising music quality. You can definitely enjoy the best music in the best price.

Rule 5 : Bluetooth Headphones not for general use

When we talk about Bluetooth, then people usually consider it useful for communication purposes. However, you can find so many music appreciators who are willing to buy a good quality earpiece but they don’t really pay much attention to the Bluetooth feature.

In fact, it is true that some customer has a concept of purchasing a Bluetooth earpiece only when they need it for communication purposes. Well, this is a completely erroneous conception because Bluetooth can also be utilized for the purpose of data transfer from one device to another.

If you will think about it then you will find that the presence of Bluetooth can actually add more comfort to your music listening experience. Why say no to an added feature when you are getting it without any feature compromise?

Rule 6 : Low Music Quality In Wireless Headphones

Another most common misconception about headphones is related to the wireless technology. It is not easy for music listeners to accept such big changes to the way they listen to music. However, that does not imply that the idea of Wireless headphone technology is wrong.

This is the fact that the wireless technology does not affect the music listening experience. If you are a music lover and if you will actually listen to both kinds of earpieces, you will find out the reality. There is no difference in the quality of music and there is no lack in wireless tech.

The only thing that can be considered different in wireless technology based devices is the price range. The cost of the product automatically increases a bit with the implementation of the advanced wireless technology. Therefore, in order to get the best product, you need to increase your budget a little.

Rule 7 : Too Many Harmful Radiations In Headphones

Finally, this is one of the most misunderstood facts. You can always hear people complain about radiation issues from harmful devices. People have a general concept of connecting radiation issue with all products that are related to Mobile.

Well, in some cases, this calculation can be considered right but this fact needs to be addressed that there is no such thing as radiation harm in earpiece. This will not emit even minor quantity of harmful rays that could cause health damage in long term usage.

This is the most important thing to understand that the work of headphone is to deliver audio to your ear via or without wire. This, in fact, keeps you safe from harmful radiations that are regularly released from smart phones and other devices that you use in your daily routine.

Conclusion: If you don’t want to be fooled with unnecessary myths of the common trends then it is necessary for you check all the facts before choosing to believe. If you want to follow any idea, then it is always the best choice to confirm its reliability first.

It is necessary for you to break the rules that are meant to be broken. Don’t unnecessarily limit yourself in any pointless regulations regarding device or gadget utilization. Make sure that you are certain about the facts and misconceptions before you make it a part of your life.
