All workouts consist of twelve exercises each performed for thirty seconds, with ten second breaks in between each exercise. What’s even better is that there’s no equipment needed: a simple chair and a wall will do!

Honor series is a budget brand under Huawei and it has been so except for some that goes ahead to occupy the top mid-range position. The Huawei Honor 8C is a budget smartphone with just basic specs.. However, the smartphone has a nice build with the popular notch and a dual camera on the rear side. Trying to strike a balance between features and the price tag, the smartphone is actually quite affordable.

As for the design, the smartphone has what you’d call a standard modern budget look.
